1. Service character
The service is an individual practical sailing session, safety session or short recreational-training cruise conducted by the skipper.
The yacht remains under the supervision of the skipper present on board. A participant may handle the yacht only with the skipper’s consent.
2. Booking
Booking is handled by phone or email. A date is confirmed only after agreeing the service scope, price, time, payment rules and weather conditions.
3. Safety
The skipper/operator makes the final decision to start, change or cancel the service. The participant must follow skipper instructions related to safety.
4. Weather
The service depends on weather. If conditions are not suitable, the service may be moved or cancelled.
5. Alcohol and conduct
Participants should not join the service under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment. The skipper may refuse participation when behavior creates a safety risk.
6. Price and payment
The price is 1000 PLN / day or 500 PLN / 4 hours.
A VAT invoice is possible; please request it before payment is finalized.
