1. Service character
The service is an individual practical sailing session, safety session or short recreational-training cruise conducted by the skipper.
The service does not involve handing over the yacht for independent use without the skipper present.
A participant may perform selected maneuvers only as part of the practical session and under the direct supervision of the skipper present on board. The yacht is not handed over for independent use.
The service is not a formal license course or exam service.
2. Booking and confirmation
Booking is handled by phone or email. A date is confirmed only after agreeing the service scope, time, price, payment rules, meeting point and basic organizational details.
A preliminary discussion about a date does not automatically confirm a booking.
3. Price and payment
The price is agreed before the booking is confirmed. Payment is made in the agreed form and at the agreed time.
Indicative pricing:
- Briefing / preparation at the base, 60–90 minutes: 300 PLN
- Short on-water session, up to 2 hours: 500 PLN
- Recreational-practical sailing session, up to 4 hours: 800 PLN
- Longer day session, up to 8 hours: 1500 PLN
- Refundable deposit, if applicable: 1500 PLN
The final price is confirmed before booking and depends on the scope of the service, duration, number of participants and organizational conditions.
If the participant needs an invoice or another sales document, this should be requested before payment.
4. Deposit, if applicable
A deposit may be agreed individually if the service scope or equipment used requires it.
Payment, return or any deduction from the deposit should be confirmed separately. The deposit is not payment for the service.
5. Weather and safety
The service depends on weather, yacht condition and conditions on the water. If conditions are unsuitable, the service may be moved, shortened or cancelled.
The decision may also be made immediately before the start or during the service.
6. Skipper authority
The skipper makes final decisions on start, route, scope of maneuvers, shortening, interruption or cancellation of the service.
The participant must follow skipper instructions related to safety, conduct on board and use of equipment.
7. Participant responsibilities
The participant should provide accurate information about the number of people, basic experience and any circumstances that may affect safety.
The participant should take care of equipment, move carefully on the yacht and avoid actions that have not been agreed with the skipper.
8. Alcohol and unsafe behavior
Participants should not join the service under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment. The skipper may refuse participation when behavior creates a safety risk.
The skipper may interrupt the service if participant behavior creates a risk for people, the yacht, equipment or other water users.
9. Cancellation or rescheduling
The date may be changed by agreement. If the reason is weather, yacht condition or safety, the parties may agree a new date or another solution suitable for the situation.
Settlement rules are agreed individually before booking confirmation.
10. Damage and equipment
The condition of the yacht and equipment may be checked before and after the service.
The participant should report any noticed damage, loss of equipment or situation that may have caused damage.
11. Invoices
Sales documents are issued according to arrangements made before payment.
12. Personal data
Contact data is used to handle inquiries, bookings and service documentation. Details are described in the public privacy policy.
13. Final provisions
These terms may be clarified before a specific service if required by the date, weather, number of participants, service scope or yacht condition.
