An organizational meeting, safety briefing and service documentation take place at the local operating base in Zegrze Południowe, near the yacht mooring and near Warsaw.

The marina is located near the base. The exact meeting point and arrival time are confirmed individually after booking.
Visits to the base take place only after prior appointment confirmation.
What happens on site
- short organizational meeting,

- signing or confirming required documents,
- safety briefing,
- weather discussion and skipper decision,
- preparation before moving to the yacht.
Decision before the session
Even after arrival, the skipper may change the plan, shorten the service, move the start or cancel going on the water if weather, yacht condition or safety requires it.

There are RivaZegrze apartments and other accommodation options nearby, available through independent booking services such as Booking.com. They are not part of the Dola Sailing service, are not connected with the operating base, and are operated by other businesses. Accommodation should be booked independently with the selected provider or through the selected booking service.
